One of the best things that I’ve done for my photographic workflow recently is buy a USB card reader. There’s plenty of options, they’re very cheap, and the productivity benefit is amazing. Previously, downloading the photos from my camera used to be a chore, take absolutely ages, and sometimes fail completely. Now I download pictures in seconds, and don’t have to fiddle with USB leads. My recommendation is the Sandisk ImageMate 12-in1 reader (you can get it from Amazon)
