While the new Intel-based Apple Macs and Adobe Creative Suite might seem to be a photographer’s dream setup, the reality is somewhat different. Installation can cause lots of problems, including system freezes. There are some fixes available; it seems that Version Que is the primary culprit. As Adobe will not be updating current products (PDF linked) to fully support Intel-based Macs until the next version of CS (probably early next year) you might want to bear that in mind if you are thinking of switching to that sexy new MacBook Pro.
